Hi there!

We’re looking for an Art Director with ~8 years of experience to join our in-house creative team.

Your mission is to translate Blissclub’s vision into a stunning visual language.

Job Location- HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)

Responsibilities:

-Lead the in-house production team and oversee our shoots - catalogue and marketing - to ensure our visual assets tell our product story.

-Build & implement brand identity aspects (aesthetic, colour, tone, voice) to create lasting impression on consumers and other stakeholders

-Train art directors, editors and DOPs to fine tune their craft - whether it’s tightening their leading or improving their choice of fonts.

-Proactively think of creative solutions to business challenges.

What you need :

-8-10 years of experience as an art director, preferably with some experience working with a fashion or lifestyle brand.

-Experience having art directed shoots, with a portfolio showcasing the same.

-An elevated sense of aesthetics that translates to a consistent, unique brand language that’s truly Blissclub.

-Interest in newer design technologies and the ability to use them to make work more efficient.

-The ability to lead and mentor teams, and also work cross-functionally with business, design and other teams.

-A love for the brand we’re trying to build and ideas that get people talking.

Blissclub was founded in 2020 by Minu, because she couldn't find great quality activewear where the fit, functionality and feel were just right.
