Job Description

This Full Stack Developer role requires close collaboration with the Development Manager, Project Manager, and a team of developers. Responsibilities include designing, coding, unit testing, and supporting software components; ensuring timely delivery of quality software; analyzing and resolving production issues; and maintaining system documentation. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring technologies, Hibernate, JPA, Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, AngularJS, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud technologies (Ali Cloud/AWS/Azure). Experience with banking/finance is crucial.

Responsibilities

You will be required to work closely with the Development Manager, Project Manager, and a team of developers.

Technical Roles and Responsibilities

Demonstrate a systematic and disciplined architecture, system design, and programming approach following a standard software development lifecycle

Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on clear and practical documentation

Work closely with senior management, the Development Manager, the Project Manager, and a team of developers.

Design, Code, Unit Test, and support Software components

Deliver quality software in time, following standard software development processes

Analyze problems raised in software development or production environments and provide timely solutions

Develop, prepare, and maintain system documentation, including program descriptions, operational procedures, etc.

Act as the second line of support during production problems.

Skills

Must have

Overall 5-7 years of experience as a Full stack Developer

Experienced Java developer with an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills

Experience with user interface design, database structures, and banking/finance sector

Hands on experience in Spring technologies, Hibernates, JPA

Hands on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, Gitlab

Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as Angular JS, CSS, Java Script, Hybrid apps

Knowledge on Cloud technologies such as Ali Cloud/AWS/Azure

Experience with Bootstrap

Knowledge of open-source solutions and trending technologies

Exposure to broader web technologies such as REStful APIs

Strong understanding of web standards, security, accessibility, browser compatibility

Exposure to GIT, Jira

Nice to have

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of Scala, and the JVM

Experience on Cordova will be preferred
