Job Title: Lead Web Developer

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to design and develop web applications that enhance our time-lapse services.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize the frontend and backend of our web applications.
• Add value to current systems with innovative ideas.
• Lead the development side of things at the company and educate where necessary.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end and back-end frameworks (specifically React and PHP).
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience using WordPress in a previous role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.
