Summary

This Financial Planning Specialist at Nissan will measure and track the profitability of the Nissan Dealer Network. The role requires analyzing financial trends, improving dealer profitability, conducting business reviews, developing workshops, and reducing loss-making dealers. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, or Administration) and 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit.

This Specialist will measure and tracking the profitability of the Nissan Dealer Network to ensure competitive owners committed to the brand. This includes evaluating financial statements, focusing on financial KPIs (ROS, EBITDA, Fixed Absorption), analyzing Profit & Loss Statements, reviewing financial records (accounting audit), consulting for the Dealer Network, preparing and monitoring business cases, presenting financial results to managers and directors, and managing databases with the Financial View System to measure high profitability levels and foster growth among partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and monitor Dealer Network profitability.

  • Focus on Business Expansion Strategy - Profitable Partners.

  • Financial and performance evaluation by business unit (New Cars, Used Cars & Aftersales).

  • Develop business cases to measure the impact on business profitability.

  • Conduct monthly financial evaluations.

  • Analyze financial statements and trends of financial KPIs.

  • Provide consultancy to improve Dealer Network profitability results - Quality and Consistency data audit.

  • Conduct business reviews with partners - Financial Results.

  • Visit networks to improve profitability levels - action plan follow-up in synergy with the Dealer.

  • Reduce dealers in loss.

  • Develop workshops with the Dealer Network to share best practices, improve financial information quality, and enhance KPIs.

  • Administer the Business Management database (FinancialView).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Administration - Titled.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Analysis of Financial Statements, Financial KPIs.

  • Measurement and Interpretation of Financial KPIs.

  • Advanced proficiency level of English.

  • Capable of traveling approximately: 20% (annually).

  • Knowledge in Information Systems: Excel (Pivot Tables, Database Management, Formulas) / PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have:

  • Course related to Finance.

  • Experience in Accounting-commercial profile, Audit, or Finance.

  • Analysis skills.
