Summary

The D2C Finance Analyst supports the Latam streaming organization. Responsibilities include preparing fiscal year budgets, long-term plans, and monthly/quarterly projections; coordinating financial processes; and providing business analyses. The role involves subscriber modeling, improving projections of subscription drivers, forecasting revenue and costs, analyzing business performance, developing KPIs, and communicating with business partners. Collaboration with the Business Development team on new opportunities is also expected.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 2+ years FP&A experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The D2C Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the overall Latam streaming organization, working with the business and operations teams in preparing fiscal year budgets, long term plans and monthly/quarterly projections, coordinating financial processes with controllership and accounting, and providing business analyses as needed.

  • Support and collaborate in ongoing subscriber modelling.
  • Work on improving projections of subscription drivers (sign-ups, retention, churn, etc).
  • Help drive revenue, direct costs and overhead forecasts, budgets and long term plans.
  • Analyze and track business performance relative to projections, identifying and explaining major variances.
  • Develop KPIs to help communicate performance and impact business decisions.
  • Communicate regularly with business partners to ensure plans reflect most current strategies and information.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (F&PA), Finance Strategy, Finance Modelling and related fields.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset and detailed oriented
  • Interpersonal communication and ability to work in a fast pace changing environment
  • Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation”
  • Team player - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented, decisive.
  • Adaptable and flexible, and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environment
