Tesla seeks a Field Service Technician for its Energy and Charging Field Service team in Katowice, Poland. The role involves on-site technical activities, including installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage and Supercharging networks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root-cause analysis (remotely and on-site), stakeholder management, teamwork (identifying recurring issues and providing feedback), and organizational tasks (planning technical activities). The successful candidate will have electrical engineering experience, specifically with low- and medium-voltage systems (high-voltage experience is a plus), a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English. Travel is required within Poland and potentially internationally.

What to ExpectWhat You’ll Bring
As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Poland. What You’ll Do- Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Katowice region, wider Poland and abroad when needed
- Troubleshoot: and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
- Stakeholder managment: act as the first point of contact to contractors
- Team work: recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
- Organizational tasks: prepare, organize, and plan your own technical activities
- Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
- Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
- A passion for renewable energy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
- Flexible towards travelling
- Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
- An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
