Job Description

The Facilitator of the Youth Education Series (Y.E.S.) Programs at Hong Kong Disneyland serves as the Disney interface for local and international student groups. Responsibilities include facilitating educational and leisure programs, maintaining program quality according to Disney standards, coordinating program materials and logistics, assisting with guest surveys and post-program evaluations. The role requires excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, experience in program facilitation, and the ability to work outdoors and on-call. The position is part-time, with sessions lasting 4 hours, up to 2 per day, primarily scheduled on weekdays. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is preferred, but not required. A teaching or tutoring background and a related science discipline are considered advantageous.

Job Summary:

As the Facilitator of the Youth Education Series (Y.E.S.) Programs, this individual will be the Disney interface for local and international student groups. They will be accountable for conducting educational experiences at Hong Kong Disneyland.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate educational or leisure programs developed by Hong Kong Disneyland for various youth groups
Achieve and maintain the quality of the program according to Disney Guest Services standard
Coordinate program materials and provide logistics support when needed
Assist in conducting Guests survey
Provide feedback and prepare post-program evaluations

Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in program facilitation
Ability to interact with various ages of youth groups
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Willing to work outdoor and on-call basis

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. (Non-Chinese speaking candidates are welcome!)
Teaching or tutoring background preferred
Related science discipline preferred

Additional Information:

4 hours per session and maximum 2 sessions per day
Interest candidates should be available for at least 3 sessions during weekdays as the programs will usually be scheduled during weekdays
