Your Role :

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a squad of engineers working on some of our key dating applications. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to deliver high-quality, user-centric features while ensuring the team adheres to best practices in agile software development.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership: Oversee the full delivery cycle of application development, from feature design to deployment, ensuring a hands-on approach where necessary. You will act as a mentor for your team, guiding them through technical challenges and ensuring alignment with company architecture and standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager to refine user stories, plan sprints, and manage delivery. You will also liaise with other teams, such as marketing and customer care, to ensure cross-functional success.
Agile Champion: Promote agile methodologies, ensuring your team follows scrum rituals, practices continuous improvement, and delivers quality code in a fast-paced environment.
Team Development: Foster a positive, collaborative culture where feedback is encouraged, and team members can grow professionally. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring engineers, identifying training needs, and ensuring that your team stays motivated and productive.
Technical Excellence: Lead technical discussions within the squad, ensuring that the team’s technical decisions align with business objectives. Encourage best practices in testing, code quality, and architecture.

Contract start: As soon as you are ready!

Location: 53 Rue de Châteaudun, Paris 75009

Work From Home Policy: Hybrid, between 2 and 3 days at the office per week required

Contract: CDI / Full Time
