Job Purpose:

Execution & Supervision of operations of Recovery Boiler -1 in order to achieve targeted shift Green Liquor production and steam generation of desired quality ensuring safety and environmental compliance at optimum cost

Production

Execution of shift activities to achieve shift targeted Green liquor production

And steam generation: Manpower arrangement .

Co-ordinate with Evaporator section shift in charge for continuous Black liquor supply.

Co-ordinate with Boiler House Shift In-charge for Soot blower operation and take time

corrective actions if required.

Coordinate with Maintenance Dept. in the shift to attend the breakdowns immediately

avoid production loss.

Monitor Green liquor TTA/twaddle regularly

Send all stages samples for lab analysis.

Based on lab results optimize the MWL addition.

Monitor air ratio s and take corrective actions to get desired smelt reduction efficiency.

Ensure there is no waste of black/green liquor in the drain
