This role is a Digital Enterprise Sales Specialist focusing on Microsoft Modern Work solutions for frontline workers in the French market. Responsibilities include collaborating with a virtual team to identify customer needs and develop solutions; building relationships with customer decision-makers; hunting new opportunities; collaborating with internal and external partners; acting as a subject matter expert; and conducting account planning, forecasting, and business analysis. The successful candidate will have experience in enterprise software solutions and cloud platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French is essential. The role involves driving end-to-end sales, leveraging sales programs to exceed sales targets, and delivering unparalleled customer value and satisfaction.

Digital Enterprise Sales (DES), as part of Microsoft’s Global Enterprise Sales organization, empowers our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft Cloud by building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners. As part of our local subsidiaries or Digital Sales centers around the world, you will engage a dedicated set of enterprise customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. As a Modern Work Digital Specialist, focusing on Microsoft solutions for Frontline workers for the French market, you will be a solution sales expert within our enterprise sales organization, working closely with our most valued customers. You will collaborate with a virtual team of technical specialists, partners and consulting resources to advance the sales process and consistently exceed solution sales targets. Your role is pivotal in helping customers navigate their business challenges, recommending solutions tailored to their unique requirements and securing new business that results in unparalleled customer value and satisfaction.

 

You will understand the requirements of the customer's industry or organization and how AI will enable a whole new way of working and demonstrate how these solutions can optimize workflows, enhance productivity and improve employee engagement will be key to successfully promoting Microsoft's offerings and help organizations unlock the full potential of their workforce.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Demonstrated solution sales or consulting services sales experience or selling cloud services to large/global customers. 
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience in driving end-to-end sales with enterprise customers, leveraging all sales programs available to you
  • Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy and self-direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environmen

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field 

Position is based in: Dublin, Ireland OR Spain, Barcelona 

 

Relocation expenses are not provided as part of this role.

 

You must reside and be legally authorised to work in Ireland or Spain currently to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: You will collaborate with virtual team members end-to-end, to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
  • Business Value Selling: You will deepen and broaden Microsoft’s relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers. Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technological priorities, governance, decision-making, and budgeting processes, and articulating the value proposition of Modern Work solutions
  • Scaling and Collaboration: You will collaborate with a network of internal partners on the planning, orchestration and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Technical Expertise: You will initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal decisions.
  • Sales Excellence: You will collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, conduct compete planning, forecasting, and business analysis to target high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across your accounts.
