Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the data product roadmap, collaborating with engineering and data science teams on development and implementation, monitoring data quality, and acting as a point of contact for business users. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in technical product management, strong platform integration experience, and exceptional project management skills.

The Role and What You’ll Do: 

The Data Product Manager will own delivery of new capabilities across analytics, reporting, machine learning, and other data-driven initiatives. This role will help execute our data strategy, manage the lifecycle of data products, and ensure our data infrastructure aligns with business needs. As part of the Data Product Management team, you will work closely with business and technology partners across On Location and the Data team’s engineering and data science groups.

Key Responsibilities

Support Data Product Strategy:

  • Assist in defining and maintaining the vision and roadmap for data products, focusing on supporting business goals and improving data accessibility.
  • Work with stakeholders from different departments to understand their data needs and document requirements for data product features.

Assist with Product Development:

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to support the development, testing, and implementation of data products, including data pipelines and dashboards.
  • Participate in project planning, track progress, and help ensure timely delivery of new data features.

Data Quality & Governance Support:

  • Work alongside data engineering and governance teams to monitor data quality and ensure adherence to data standards.
  • Help document data definitions, standards, and quality assurance processes for key data products.

Stakeholder Communication & Training:

  • Act as a point of contact for data product questions, helping business users understand and use data products effectively.
  • Assist with developing training materials and conduct basic user training sessions to guide teams in leveraging data insights.

You Have These: 

  • 2-4+ years of experience in technical product management, ideally with a focus on analytics or data platforms
  • Strong experience with platform integrations, including internal products and third party platforms using APIs, webhooks, etc 
  • Experience working with and interviewing end customers and internal stakeholders to generate product requirements
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory standards related to data storage and transfer 
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead productive meetings and deliver impactful training
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly incorporate information from multiple sources, produce actionable recommendations, and drive delivery of technical implementations to high standards
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage external partnerships and internal teams
  • Familiarity and experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Quicksight, Omni, Looker, etc
  • Ability to work with SQL, Python, or other languages and a desire to build stronger data analytics skillsets

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global programs
  • Familiarity with systems architecture design and experience as a user of data orchestration and data warehouse tools 
  • Entrepreneurial aptitude to identify and pursue improvement opportunities utilizing technology throughout the organization

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$100,000 annually
