Job Description

OKX seeks a Data Labelling Agent to annotate customer behaviour data for fraud risk detection. You'll work with regional teams to ensure data accuracy and support data science model training. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are essential, along with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Basic Excel skills are preferred.

We are hiring Data Labelling Agents whose primary task is to label and annotate customer behaviour data provided by the team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data to support the training of data science models.

What You'll Be Doing:

Accurately label and annotate data for regional projects to support the training of data science models.
Maintain daily communication with regional teams and developers to ensure smooth operations.
Collect and organize data as needed.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

What We Look For in You:

Diploma or above in any related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts.
Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
A certain level of creativity and innovation, along with a spirit of exploration.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
