Responsibilities include providing timely responses to customer questions, showcasing product knowledge, and promoting the DraftKings brand. The associate will act as a liaison between customers and the business, gaining in-depth understanding of products and services while consistently striving to improve customer experience. The position requires collaboration with colleagues and advocating for players to contribute to business growth. A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred along with prior online customer support or relevant experience. Flexibility is needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Crown Is Yours

We’re searching for a Customer Experience Associate to be the primary point of contact for DraftKings customers, regarding our products, answering customer questions, and advocating across the company. As a critical touchpoint between our customers and the business, you’ll quickly learn the ins and outs of our products and strive to deliver the best experience for our players. 

What you’ll do as a Customer Experience Associate

  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating product knowledge and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Manage high-quality communications with our customers across several channels including phone, email, chat, and social media.

  • Promote the DraftKings brand through your conflict resolution abilities and effective communication skills.

  • Advocate for our players to help us grow the business.

What you'll bring

  • A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. 

  • Prior online customer support or relevant experience.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office product suite.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 15.77 USD - 19.71 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
