Creative Infrastructure Specialist (12-Month Contract – Remote, PST Time Zone)

We are excited to partner with a top-tier technology company to hire a Creative Infrastructure Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity. This fully remote role requires candidates to be based in the PST time zone.

In this position, you will play a key role in streamlining and optimizing digital asset management processes. As a Creative Infrastructure Specialist, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the organization’s asset workflows, manage complex projects, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage digital assets within a creative or entertainment setting, ensuring alignment with DAM best practices.
  • Work with a wide range of digital asset file types (static images, videos, audio files, subtitles, etc.).
  • Optimize and streamline existing processes to increase operational efficiency, leveraging automated solutions.
  • Ensure accurate folder structures and consistent metadata imports to improve asset searchability and usability.
  • Maintain the integrity of automated metadata tagging, addressing gaps and ensuring high-quality asset categorization.
  • Assist in migrating content and ensuring seamless transitions to prevent lost or mismanaged assets.
  • Provide responsive user support to minimize downtime for users encountering system issues.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Infrastructure Lead and cross-functional teams to identify and address pain points.
  • Assist in researching and recommending new tools to improve workflows and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Support assessments of tools, including compatibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Help develop detailed implementation plans and timelines, ensuring smooth rollouts.
  • Coordinate and manage tool deployment, training, and integration to ensure successful adoption.

Qualificatiions:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in organizing digital assets within a marketing, advertising, creative agency, or entertainment environment.
  • Expert knowledge of various entertainment asset file types, including static images, video files, and audio specs.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital file types.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and navigating change.
  • Ability to build strong, productive relationships across functions in a large organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
