    Skills requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, project management or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years experience in project management with at least 1 year experience in AAA production
  • Knowledge and experience in coordinating user research and data analysis
  • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
  • Capacity to analyze risk and make contingency plans
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Proactive, dynamic, and diplomatic
  • Results-oriented and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Working proficiency in English, mandarin is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira an asset

Annex A

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll work alongside them to support the day-to-day operation of a co-development team
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, such as UR center, recruiting, communications, clients, etc.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of content deliverables and milestones
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Developing project processes and strategies along with the PM
  • Systematically follow procedure to assist the PM with the project
  • Providing administrative support as required
