Your New Role...
The Client Services Post Production Coordinator functions as a member of post production staff, coordinating dailies, color grading, and deliverable workflows. They live in a world of shifting priorities and changing deadlines and must be able to adapt to the ever-changing landscape. They need to follow the client’s lead but also anticipate the next step in the process every day. The Client Services Post Production Coordinator is responsible for multiple projects at the same time in addition to long term studio projects. Under the direction of the DI Producer must be able to work with Water Tower Color & Sound operations, engineering and to assist in the implementation of technology driven projects and translate that technology into viable workflows and communicate those workflows to the operators, editors, colorists, and sound personnel as well as the client when appropriate. This position is the primary liaison between the client and operations and has overall responsibility to ensure that projects are completed according to client requirements. This role requires extensive interaction with clients, managing time and resources and other duties as required (e.g., providing support for clients and sessions, taking food orders, etc.)
Your Role Accountabilities...
Coordinate Dailies/DI & Sound projects from inception of project to final delivery. Primary interface with clients, responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations runs smoothly from a client services standpoint, such as coordinating concierge service, greeting clients, talent, creative staff and executives. Work with TV and Feature Team coordinating lunch and other food and beverage related requests.
Daily collaboration with facility management and feature film operations to ensure efficient utilization of operators, equipment and rooms. Utilize Xytech Enterprise to coordinate facility-wide operation scheduling and work order creation.
Actualize daily work orders to ensure proper tracking of show production activity. Prepare client billings and present to client on timely basis.
Assist in workflow issues, billing issues or client satisfaction issues. Communicate timely to management.
Qualifications & Experience...
Bachelors’ degree preferred, but not required
Previous experience in a television post production environment mandatory
2 or more years experience in post production as customer service represented or a as an in-house post supervisor at a post production facility.
Full understanding of TV and/or Feature post production process.
Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to interface with internal personnel and external clients at all levels.
Sound business judgment and integrity with emphasis on maintaining a balance between client
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Strong organizational and follow through skills with demonstrated ability to handle and to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Detail-oriented
Experience with scheduling software such as Xytech, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, FileMaker Pro

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $41,292.00 - $76,685.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
