Objectif du poste

Placé sous la responsabilité d’un Chef de produits, vous serez l’expert local de vos marques, assurerez la mise en des plans marketing en travaillant étroitement avec les agences, les équipes marketing, digitale et Trade marketing ainsi que les équipes licences et commerciales.

Reporting to a Product Manager, you will be the local expert for your brands, ensuring the implementation of marketing plans, working closely with agencies, marketing, digital and trade marketing teams, as well as licensing and sales teams.

 

Principales missions du poste

 

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing locales, régionales et mondiales afin d’identifier les synergies, les best practices ainsi que les opportunités pour maximiser les stratégies au niveau local et développer les marques. 
  • Assurer l’analyse concurrentielle et le suivi d’activité, afin d’identifier les opportunités de croissance sur le marché.  
  • Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des besoins des consommateurs locaux afin de définir des plans marketing adaptés. 
  • Apporter son soutien au chef de produits dans la prévision des ventes (quotas, P&L, marges…) et la sélection des lignes.
  • Assurer le pilotage du business sur ses marques : Suivi du Sell in/Sell out, analyse des données marché pour mise en place de plans d’action.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements commercial et marketing opérationnel ainsi qu’avec les prestataires locaux afin de developper les ventes, la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et l’acquisition de parts de marché 
  • Présenter les nouvelles gammes de produits ainsi que les plans marketing aux clients et à l’équipe de ventes  
  • Assurer le suivi des investissements marketing et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires en en fonction de l’évolution du business pour sécuriser la profitabilité des marques. 
  • Assurer la construction et la mise à jour des outils pour l’aide à la vente (Base de données, argumentaire de vente…) 

 

  • - Work closely with local, regional and global marketing teams to identify synergies, best practices and opportunities to maximize local strategies and develop brands.
  • - Ensure competitive analysis and activity monitoring, in order to identify growth opportunities in the market. 
  • - Acquire strong knowledge of local consumer needs in order to define marketing plans.
  • - Work closely with the Product Manager on forecasting (quotas, P&L, margins, etc.) and line selection.
  • - Ensures business monitoring: Sell in/Sell out, market data analysis and implement action plans.
  • - Work closely with the sales and marketing departments, as well as with local partners to develop sales and gain market share.
  • - Present the lines and marketing plans to customers and sales team. 
  • - Monitor marketing investments and make adjustments to always improve brand profitability.
  • - Build and update marketing tools (database, sales pitch, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire (Licence / master etc…)
  • Une expérience dans une entreprise de biens de consommation (ex : industrie de l’agroalimentaire, de la beauté ou des vêtements) est un plus.
  • Excellentes compétences Microsoft Office et plus spécifiquement Excel et Powerpoint
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais
  • Bonne capacité de présentation
  • Capacité d’analyses et traitement de données
  • Capacité à travailler sur de différents projets avec une gestion des priorités et du stress
  • Intérêt pour le digital
  • Dynamisme, organisation, prise d’initiatives, adaptabilité,

 

  • - University degree (Bachelor / Master etc...)
  • - Experience in a consumer goods company (e.g. food, beauty or apparel industry) is a plus.
  • - Excellent Microsoft Office skills and mainly Excel and Powerpoint
  • - Fluency in French and English
  • - Good presentation skills
  • - Ability to analyze and process data
  • - Ability to work on multiple projects with priority and stress management
  • - Interested in digital technology
  • - Dynamic, organized, taking initiatives and capacity to adapt to change
