Business Operations Analyst

Description -

Taking on responsibility for digital automation to improve efficiency and simplify the planning and procurement S4 process. Looking proactively for continuous process improvements, simplification, and preventive actions through Data Automation projects/Power BI (creation of advanced analytical data models, aim is to prevent issues and turn into predictive/prescriptive future systems, striving for more digital solutions). The person will support the whole Ink Supplies Completions Operations (ISCO) team and should be able to maintain the already developed numerous Power BI reports within the team e.g. the Low Level Material buffer tool.

In addition to the project responsibility, the person act as Operational Engineer for the European Product Completion Center (EPCC), responsible for all operational issues and escalations within the EPCC.

Leading review meetings and the Business Contingency Plan table testing at EPCC. Furthermore, acting as back up for our Quality Steward.

Parts of the job are ISCO EMEA or ISCO Global related.

Responsibilities in digital automation

  • Leads a broad range of complex BI reports and help the team in EMEA into the world of digital automation.

  • Work with S4 and data pool information to provide data for Management and teams WW.

  • Developing and managing BI Solutions, handling current BI reports

  • Power BI Workspace

  • Look for Power BI automate solutions.

  • Take over some BI Projects

  • Share point maintenance setup group of users/access rights and permissions for particular folders.

Responsibilities as Operations Coordinator / Engineer

  • Back up for Quality Steward tasks, working with Supplier and Service partner, handling material and product holds in case of his absence.

  • Lead Business Contentious Process and do Table tests at Service Partner

  • Inventory Booking Accuracy

  • Booking correctness/accuracy follow up (wrong bookings/double bookings), proper liability (e.g. scraps, inventory adjustments), investigation on ad hoc issues, setup inconsistency (missing mvt).

  • Handling Accrual control and Cost saving processes at Service provider

  • Main contact for Record Retention at EMEA ISCO Team
