The Crown Is Yours

As a Business Development Specialist, you will support the Business Development team in executing partnerships with leading consumer, entertainment, and hospitality brands. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and external partners to ensure deal processes move forward efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for updating the Business Development team and senior leadership on trends and developments in relevant industries.

What you’ll do as a Business Development Specialist

  • Provide regular support to the Business Development team overseeing VIP, Loyalty, and Merchandise business units.

  • Compile and track follow-ups with internal stakeholders across workstreams to ensure projects are pacing against key milestones and timelines.

  • Prepare deal summaries and strategy presentations for senior leadership.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure partnerships are achieving established KPIs and executed upon as negotiated.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential partners.

  • Monitor competitor and industry news and trends to inform Business Development vertical leads and senior executives.

  • Act as an owner in the organization by volunteering to the lead challenging, ambiguous work

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 100,000.00 USD - 125,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
