Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Body Repair Service Advisor in Oakleigh to join its groundbreaking Body Repair Program. Responsibilities include managing work schedules, liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop, preparing vehicle arrivals (WARP and CCC administration), communicating with customers, coordinating rental cars, providing vehicle status updates, reordering materials and supplies, reviewing repairs and deliveries, and performing other related duties. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in automotive collision repair and I-Car Australia certification (a plus). Excellent communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to work independently are essential. This role requires interaction with customers and managing the repair process from start to finish within Tesla's innovative and sustainable framework. The role includes training others.

What You’ll Do

Maintain work schedule
Liaise between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop
Prepare vehicle arrival
WARP and CCC administration arrival
Communicate with customers and meet expectation
Coordinate rental car and hand off
Provide update on vehicle’s status
Reorder material and supplies
Review repair and delivery
Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus
Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus
Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions well
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Must be willing to train others
Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
