This is a 3.5-year apprenticeship for an Industrial Mechanic starting August 1st, 2025, in Prüm, Germany. The apprenticeship involves assembling components and complete machines, reading and interpreting assembly drawings, process monitoring, quality control, conducting functional tests, and mechanical commissioning. It also includes creating precise parts using machining processes (turning, milling, drilling), working with pneumatic and electro-pneumatic controls, and material science and handling. Strong integration into current projects and assembly teams is emphasized. Successful candidates will have a secondary school diploma with good grades in physics, math, and English, technical-physical interest, and a good understanding of working with metal. Additional skills include problem-solving, craftsmanship, spatial visualization, structured and independent work, adaptability, perseverance, and teamwork.
