Job Description

As an Associate Principal Engineer - Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices. You will also track and report on key metrics to monitor team performance and project progress, identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's productivity and progress, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, managing dependencies within and across teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Must have:

Agile
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
