Summary

Our client, a global leader in real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces, seeks an Associate Photographer. Responsibilities include capturing stunning 3D virtual tours and photographs of residential homes for marketing purposes, working with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointments, communicating with clients and internal teams, and navigating assigned areas for complete data coverage. The role requires professional real estate photography experience, strong time management, detail-orientation, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable with physical demands including prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking, along with occasional lifting of equipment. Weekend work on a rotating schedule is required.

Our client, a global leader in real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces, is seeking an Associate Photographer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the media collection for their industry-leading platforms, creating virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture stunning 3-D virtual tours and footprints to support marketing efforts on our client's platforms.

  • Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.

  • Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet our client's demands.

  • Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.

  • Navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage when not working on a residential home.

  • Abide by our client's safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
     

Physical Requirements:

  • Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.

  • Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.

  • Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.

  • The ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
     

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience. Real Estate Photography experience required.

  • Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.

  • Strong time management skills and very detail-oriented.

  • Capability to accurately capture and enter data.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.

  • Field experience preferred.

  • Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license.
