Job Description

Responsible for handling large budgets media campaigns for our Media clients. We have been providing quality Digital and media Mandates across industries and clients in the fields of Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Campaigns, Online Reputation Management services, and National Video across the globe.
Responsible for implementing and managing overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, and ROI from different digital channels. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high-quality outcomes with a deep understanding of media analytics and reporting.

KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input buys and pulling system reports
  • Assist in the buying/allocation process
  • Develop reports on program content after receiving information from screening service for all prime-time properties
  • Maintain buys–confirm flighting, estimate and track delivery, and secure make-goods.
  • Ensure commercial inventory is introduced into the MBOX system, including estimate and package setup, issuing client schedules, managing inventory, overseeing changes, and writing/checking order letters
  • Demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn new skills independently.
  • Possesses an understanding of biddable media campaign management, activation, and optimization practices across different Media platforms.
  • In this role you should have a good understanding of post-campaign reporting and daily pacing.
  • Generate meaningful insights for post-campaign reporting.
  • Perform end-to-end tracking of campaign results and resolve issues with the available resources.
  • Proven skills in ad trafficking and troubleshooting all revenue models of a campaign

  • Numeric/Math knowledge
  • Project management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (i.e. BA, BS, etc.)
  • Ideally, at least 1-2 years of experience in Media Buying Knowledge or Media / advertising or related internship experience is strongly preferred.
  • English Level B2+ or Higher (is a must)
  • Proficient in MS Excel (is a must)
  • Budget management
  • Media Tools (such as DV360, TTD, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Facebook Blueprint, among others) (Desired)
