Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.
Objectives of the Role:
Partner with cross-functional teams across OML, working closely with the Design Director and other senior leaders to ensure designs align with overall business strategy and brand identity.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Ensure the team’s output meets brand expectations and client needs.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Develop and implement project schedules in collaboration with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
Analyze and optimize existing design processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the team's efficiency and creative output.
Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all projects, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the creation of graphic design across various formats, ensuring alignment with broader brand narratives and marketing goals.
Plan and manage the execution of all visual elements associated with campaign launches, from concept to completion.
Ensure the highest quality standards are met across the creative portfolio, whether designed in-house or through agency collaboration.
Lead the development of creative concepts for marketing and strategic campaigns, constantly pushing the boundaries to engage audiences effectively.
Work closely with multiple teams and clients, including marketing, product, and executive leadership, to deliver a wide range of materials such as presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Perform advanced retouching and manipulation of images, manage design uploads, and ensure best practices are followed in the use of content management systems.
Maintain clear and productive communication with management and clients, providing updates on project milestones and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
5+ years of experience in industry-standard 3D design and compositing, with competency in particle and shader effects. Proficiency in Houdini is a plus.
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality craft and a broad range of experience in 3D and product-oriented design.
Ability to fluidly transition between or combine 2D and 3D design tasks, tailoring output to project needs.
Advanced skills in creating compelling presentations, particularly in Google Slides.
Proven experience managing multiple projects with shifting priorities, delivering high-quality results on time.
Ability to contribute to design projects from ideation through to implementation, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Demonstrates curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Prior Experience:
7-8 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the company in high-stakes client conversations.
Proven ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively, asking the right questions to ensure clarity on the next steps.
Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is a plus.
A strong desire to continue growing your skillset through ongoing education and training.
