Job Description

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for working with business analysts to perform actionable tasks within the IT Business Systems in support of production activities. The Application Support Analyst will work closely with the Business Support & Audit Analyst to identify and resolve production issues and root cause recurring issues within the IT Business Systems.

About the Team:

The Business Systems Solution Team is responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing business systems that support business users (Marketing, Sales, Services, Product, Finance, etc.)   The team is part of the IT Business Systems team and works closely with the business entities to provide collaborative solutions and practices to improve the business through technology and process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in technical support and technical administration within the following Business Systems:     
    • Salesforce
    • Zuora (Billing system)
    • Workday Finance
    • Spring CM/DocuSign CLM
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and perform corrective actions within the production environment
  • Validate and update current state and future state support documentation
  • Monitor systemhealth and performance
  • Document support activities and cross-train team members on support solutions

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Computer Science or similar discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent analytical problem solving, communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire and ability to learn new concepts and technology in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a support or analyst role in one or more of the following systems: Salesforce, Zuora, Workday, Spring CM, DocuSign; Salesforce CPQ experience a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience writing and communication of technical and functional requirements.
