How you will contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of strategic, marketing, and communication plans for the Disney Animation, Princess, and Pixar franchises within Consumer Products, Games & Publishing. This role involves collaborating with internal teams (category, retail, creative, integrated marketing, etc.) and external partners (licensees and retailers) to ensure the efficient execution of plans, driving product visibility and sales, and effectively positioning our brands to consumers.

The Analyst, Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate 360-degree communication strategies and campaigns for the Disney Animation, Princess, and Pixar franchises and products.
  • Manage agency partnerships for the development of online, offline, and event-based campaigns.
  • Approve communication materials from commercial partners (licensees and retailers).
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company (Studios, Streaming, Integrated Marketing, Events, etc.) to ensure alignment and synergy across strategies and communication plans.
  • Measure the results of campaigns and projects through post-mortem reports and business intelligence.
  • Oversee budget control, invoicing, and contracts.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an analyst in Marketing and Communication, preferably within the consumer goods, entertainment, or communication agency sectors.
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
  • Administration.Advanced level of English.
