Job Description

The Admin Intern will gain hands-on experience by rotating through various sub-departments within the Administration vertical, including Soft Services, Technical Services, and Travel Services. This internship offers a comprehensive overview of the administrative functions necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. The intern will work closely with admin team members to support daily operations, support essential administrative skills, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Soft Services: Management of Housekeeping, Inventory, Cafeteria, Parking, Pantry, Manpower, Library Management, Contract
  • Technical Services: Regular Repairs & Maintenance, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Asset Management
  • Travel Services: Hotel and flight Bookings, Flight Bookings, Cab Management, Foreign Currency support

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration/Facility Management/ Hotel management / Travel & tourism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
