Job Description

This role involves processing advertising data from Australian media outlets and coding advertisements into the Nielsen database. Key responsibilities include analyzing advertisements, attaching metadata, adding data points like price, offers, and brand/product information, adhering to strict deadlines, and maintaining data integrity. You will work closely with a team to deliver accurate data and may assist in other operations department tasks as required.

Must have:

Good to have:

Media background (professional or academic)
Knowledge of Google Suite

Job Summary:

Processing advertising data from various Australian media outlets, coding all required advertisements into the Nielsen database.

Role:

1. Analyzing advertisements from multiple media types and attaching complex metadata in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Adding key data points to specific advertisements such as price points, consumer offers, brand and product.

3. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

4. Processing and delivering all required data to daily, strict client deadlines.

5. Processing data in accordance with accuracy and on time KPIs.

6. Maintain the integrity of the operatio1. ns department by following company policies and procedures; notifying the manager of any issues that may harm the collection of accurate data.

7. Assisting in other areas of the operations department as required

8. Fulfilling any other tasks as requested by the manager

Competences:

1. A high level of analytical skills

2. A thorough understanding of data entry

3. Ability to work to schedules and tight deadlines.

4. Commitment to excellence and attention to detail

5. Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team

6. High level of spoken and written communication skills

7. Media background, either professionally or academically, is desirable

8. Knowledge of Google suite of applications is desirable

9. Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and FMCG products is desirable

Working Hours:

This is a full time position working a five day week on a seven day rotating roster. Working hours are 12am-9am IST. (including night shift allowances)
