With a vibrant headquarters in Hull's city centre, you will join a talented and well-established Technology team as their 2nd Line Support Technician. As the 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will join an established IT Support team, reporting directly into the Technical Lead.
You will cover a wide array of both remote and hands-on troubleshooting responsibilities, predominantly across Microsoft technologies, such as Windows 10, Office365 and Active Directory.
You will get the chance to branch out into networking, and also overlap on occasion with the infrastructure team, helping you build your experience to progress into 3rd Line.
There is a great team culture so there is a need to be in the office as much as possible, so this won't suit somebody who is looking for remote work!
