Take-Two Interactive seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for Directory and Collaboration Systems. Responsibilities include managing automation and policies around user accounts and permissions; monitoring and resolving IAM system issues; providing 2nd/3rd level support; administering Active Directory, Microsoft Hybrid Exchange, and Google Workspace; managing mail transfer agents and email hygiene systems; and troubleshooting mail flow problems.  The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in IAM, directory services, SSO platforms, email and collaboration systems, and automation scripting (PowerShell, Python).  They should also have a strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, permissions, and Microsoft Certificate Authority.

Our ideal candidate has a rich and diverse technical background, is creative and passionate about IT systems, as well as standardisation, optimisation, and automation. Furthermore, this candidate will have experience architecting, engineering, implementing, and supporting directory/identity-related solutions, single sign-on platforms, and email and collaboration systems.</p><p>Candidates are expected to stay aware of industry changes and plan to keep ahead of industry advancements to help guide the use and implementation of technology at Take-Two.</p><h3><strong>What You’ll Take On</strong></h3><ul><li>Manage automation, standards and policies around user accounts and permissions</li><li>Monitor, test and resolve issues for all IAM systems, and collaborate to drive solutions and implement changes</li><li>Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IAM assets, create and maintain documentation, and participate in rotating on-call schedule</li><li>Run an Active Directory and Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure environment</li><li>Administer a Microsoft Hybrid Exchange environment and Google Workspace environment</li><li>Install and maintain mail transfer agents and email hygiene systems, and find solutions for mail flow issues<br></li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>Proficient with Windows Server, including installing, configuring, and problem solving issues</li><li>Extensive experience in deployment and management of Exchange Server or Exchange Online, and/or Gmail administration</li><li>Setup and administration of email hygiene solutions (e.g., Ironport, Proofpoint)</li><li>Expert with Active Directory architecture, permissions, and administration, and with solving replication, performance, and other related issues</li><li>Knowledge of SAML and OIDC configuration for authentication to applications, and experience in at least one SSO/identity platform (Okta, OneLogin, Azure, etc.)</li><li>Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Authority template creation, configuration and deployment</li><li>Demonstrable ability to write and debug automation tools and scripts (e.g., PowerShell, shell scripts, Python)</li><li>Strong ability to learn new technologies and dive into unique challenges</li><li>Capable of written and verbal communication among both technical and non-technical audiences</li></ul><h3><strong>Great to Have</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Entra Connect, and other Azure/Entra technologies</li><li>Experience with infrastructure as code solutions (e.g., Terraform) and code collaboration solutions (e.g., Github)</li><li>Experience diagnosing logs via SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk)</li></ul><h3><strong>What We Offer You</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Great Company Culture</strong>.
