The Japanese Operations Support Agent is a crucial member of the operations team, responsible for crafting in-game and website text in Japanese and English, coordinating global operations and support teams, and providing translation services.  The role involves translating customer-facing materials, communicating game bugs and customer issues to Japanese teams, and facilitating communication between Japanese and US staff.  The agent also translates various documents and utilizes company tools to directly and indirectly support customers.  Responsibilities include translating in-game notifications, social media posts, news announcements, reports, tickets, and player feedback, ensuring world-class player treatment by coordinating between customer support and development teams.
