Software Engineer - Computer Vision

PlayShifu seeks a Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience in OpenCV and Python to build AR engines, image processing logic, and social interactions for award-winning educational toys. Must have strong analytical skills, a structured coding approach, and a passion for computer vision and mathematics.

Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Work on core PlayShifu AR engines, driving unparalleled AR experience on platforms like Orboot and Plugo</li>
<li>Work on various image processing techniques (openCV), to build core logic engines of AR detection</li>
<li>Work on industry defining social interactions via camera, that we are planning for our new product lines</li>
<li>Work on new product lines, as well as old ones</li>
<li>Work on automation and improvements</li>
<li>Explore AI/ML path for image patterns/object recognition and tracking, for new and old AR engines</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Skills:

<ul>
<li>2yrs + hands on experience with OpenCV and Python</li>
<li>Functional knowledge of any one OOPs language(C/C++/Java/C#</li>
<li>Image Processing Concepts, Unity(Preferred)</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>A liking for structured and scalable approach to coding</li>
<li>Extremely good at and interested in mathematics</li>
</ul>

Nice to Have:

<ul>
<li>Past experience with image classification, object detection etc on any Machine learning framework.</li>
</ul>
