The GTM Strategy & Operations role at ByteDance's SealSuite focuses on driving pipeline creation and conversion for cybersecurity solutions.  Responsibilities include partnering with various teams (marketing, sales, partners), improving operational efficiencies, identifying market opportunities, and acting as a voice for clients and partners to enhance product and operational strategies.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of SaaS product management experience, strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.  Experience with cybersecurity or SASE solutions within a multinational organization is preferred. The role involves expanding into APAC, Middle East, and European markets.

About the Team
Our team is dedicated to elevating the level of cybersecurity to fully support Bytedance as well as our clients' digital journey. We aim high at building the next-generation cybersecurity. 
Rooted from years of practical experience in the enterprise security domain within ByteDance, the team now runs as a business. We provide a comprehensive set of security capabilities to help our clients develop a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture with simplicity and convenience. The team is agile, efficient and open. Your idea matters.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, sales, external partners, and other teams to drive pipeline creation and conversion, craft product solutions, manage marketing events and content development. 
-  Drive initiatives and programs across teams to improve organizational efficiencies, including but not limited to re-engineering operational processes, identifying potential market opportunities and enrich insights on the competitive landscape and industry best practices. 
- Be the voice of clients, partners and other feedback channels, and improve overall product and operational strategies.</div><div class="block-title">Qualifications</div><div class="block-content">Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and delivering SaaS product solutions, marketing tactics and partnership ecosystem
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinker who can analyze complex issues, develop actionable insights, and drive results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven track of record of expanding a cybersecurity or SASE product/solution portfolio within a complex multinational organization or cross-regional collaboration experience.
