What We’re Looking For:
We seek a VP of Strategy and AI Innovation to drive the next phase of our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling technology startups and leading high-performing innovation teams. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world market needs, pushing forward our mission of developing transformative AI-driven solutions for diverse applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership and experience, ideally having scaled a tech-driven startup from the ground up, with exposure to pre-seed and VC funding.
  Develop and drive market and growth strategies that align with our company vision and the evolving AI landscape.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team to develop an innovation hub and company incubator that can transform our offerings into industry-leading solutions.
• Drive continuous innovation and product-market fit, ensuring our AI-powered solutions not only push technological boundaries but also address critical customer pain points.
• Utilize technical insights, preferable within AI, to steer the product roadmap and company vision.
• Experience with change management, understanding the challenges of tech advancements and industry shifts.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture that aligns with the company's values and empowers the team to reach new heights of innovation.
• Act as a champion of technology, learning, and growth, inspiring the organization and our customers to unlock the full potential of emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial background, ideally having grown a company or led a department from an early stage to a scalable, mature phase.
• Proven experience in market strategy and a high interest in the GenAI industry.
• Skilled in building teams and navigating organizational growth while fostering a supportive, innovation-focused environment.
• Strong technical acumen preferably with insights into AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience in change management, particularly within the tech sector, and ideally with exposure to AI.
• Demonstrated ability to bring products to market, balancing innovation with practical implementation.
• A humble approach to leadership, with an openness to learning and close collaboration.
• A cultural fit that aligns with our values of trust, curiosity and collaboration.
  Passionate about technology, learning, and growing with a team of like-minded individuals.
• Work onsite in Copenhagen (hybrid) to foster collaboration and maintain a close-knit, dynamic team environment.

Nice to Have:
Experience in the gaming industry, but not a requirement.
