  • Plan, launch, and evaluate gamification campaigns to boost player engagement and retention;

  • Oversee and update content within the gamification system, ensuring it aligns with VIP goals and campaign objectives;

  • Develop and maintain a gamification calendar, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines;

  • Regularly explore new gamification tools and trends to enhance engagement and keep campaigns fresh;

  • Collaborate with content team, designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and engaging experiences;

  • Publish, update, and manage gamified content, ensuring high standards of quality and relevance.

We need your professional experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Gamification/CRM Manager;

  • Basic familiarity with gamification tools and mechanics;
  • Experience with Smartico or other CRM platforms; 

  • Background in iGaming or betting;

  • Upper-intermediate English for effective communication.
