Our Team CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves. This role is a part of the CapCut for Business team that supports commercial users and businesses to streamline their marketing content production process from beginning to end. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for establishing a routine research system, continuously interviewing users, providing insights into the US creators for the core business team, and supporting the formulation of the US market strategy. 2. Expand and manage the recruitment channels for creators in the US, including internal channels and external vendors. Recruit suitable respondents for different research topics from business teams. 3. Establish and maintain a long-term CapCut US creators panel or community. 4. Manage the execution process of user research interviews, ensuring the efficient operation of projects and the achievement of set goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in user research project management, with the ability to manage multiple vendors. 2. Practical experience in one-on-one user interviews, with a solid foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. 3. Prior experience in a research firm or in the user research department of a client-side organization is preferred. 4. Passionate about working in the internet industry, with strong organizational and communication skills, and robust logical thinking. Capable of adapting to a fast-paced and multitasking work environment. Resilient under pressure, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks. 5. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in using or researching short video and photo editing products, as well as those with marketing/advertising client research experience. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120000 - $235000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
