University Student Electric Vehicle Store Sales Intern - Sakae

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and energetic university student for a part-time internship as a Tesla Advisor at its store in Sakae, Nagoya. The intern will provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the entire Tesla ownership journey, from initial product introduction to delivery and beyond. Responsibilities include engaging with customers in-store, answering inquiries via various channels (call, email, text, events), scheduling test drives, and effectively presenting Tesla's ecosystem. The intern will also manage customer communication, prepare vehicles for delivery, conduct thorough vehicle orientations, and handle paperwork on delivery day. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, a team player, and possesses a valid driver's license. The internship is a 3-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
