 What’s the Role?

Full-time job to work with Exusia's clients to design and build responsive UI/UX and integrating them with Java/C# based backend applications. The role will work with clients across the SDLC and will participate in gathering functional requirements of business, understand the technical requirements and working with Exusia’s Solution Architects to design & build intuitive and performant user interfaces for web applications. Depending on the expertise and experience level, this role will also be expected to guide and mentor junior developers and help in competency development initiatives. This role will call for direct interaction with key stakeholders to effectively communicate on progress updates/issues working in on-shore/off-shore delivery model

Criteria for the Role!



·        Master/Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent

·        Minimum 4 years ‘of relevant experience working as a front-end developer

·        Ability to use new tools/frameworks/ cloud-based technologies to build analytical applications

·        Ability to work in a highly demanding environment

·        Possess good mentoring abilities and provide hands-on guidance to other team members.

·        Collaborate with product teams and designers ensuring client satisfaction with the product.

·        Possess excellent communication & documentation skills, interact directly with business users.

Mandatory Skills:

 ·        Experience with Responsive & Dynamic Modern Web application development

·        Create UI/UX design for user-friendly front-end applications

·        Deep expertise in front-end/UI development and integrating them with Java or .NET based backend applications

·        Optimize UI/UX for response performance and scalability

·        Experience with web markup, HTML5, CSS3, SaSS, ASP for both MVC and form-based applications

·        Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

·        Hands on exposure to JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, VueJS, ReactNative

·        Exposure to Spring MVC / Spring Core / Web Services (SOAP/REST) and/or configuring web containers

·        Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

·        Good understanding of backend and able to collaborate with backend developers

·        Proficient with object-oriented programming and Java, C#

·        Good SQL skills and experience integrating web applications with databases

·        Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

·        Good Database exposure with very strong SQL skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

·        Experience building operational/interactive model-driven and canvas-based applications using Microsoft Power Apps

·        Experience using APIs to integrate third party applications with custom web applications / portals

·        Good understanding of implementing security including Authentication & Authorization for Web apps

·        Experience using different security protocols including Open Web Security Protocol (OWASP)

·        Agile/Scrum experience and ability to contribute in a collaborative development environment

·        Exposure to AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud native services

·        Exposure working with Healthcare/Pharma domain
