Client Relationship Management:
Build and manage relationships with internal Luxoft clients, including Delivery Managers and Cost Centers, worldwide.
Act as a training advisor by understanding business development strategies and mapping them to training needs on various time horizons.
Training Plan Oversight:
Detect training needs across assigned regions/locations.
Engage with stakeholders to develop comprehensive training plans for both internal and external learning events.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and transparent local communication.
Logistics and Feedback Coordination:
Coordinate and control training logistics in partnership with the admin team.
Monitor participant feedback and propose improvements for an enhanced learning experience.
External Events Management:
Handle vendor relationships and oversee purchase control for external training events.
LMD Services Promotion:
Promote LMD services and activities during internal and external corporate events.
Collaborate with other LMD members to support services like cascading and self-learning initiatives.
Must have
At lease 1 year+ of experience in similar position.
Relevant experience in learning area and training organization is a must.
