Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Tier II Technical Support Data Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues, providing solutions within SLAs, supporting the technical aspect of onboarding new customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, becoming a product expert for customers, staying up-to-date on new features, and identifying and writing technical articles or knowledge-base entries.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Industrial Engineering or relevant field
  • Programming experience in Python
  • Experience in data modeling methodologies and advanced SQL
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
Good to have:
  • 1+ years of practical experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Familiarity with cyber security products (SIEM, vulnerability assessment tools)

Avalor, a leading SaaS company in the cyber security field, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As such, you'll be working in a #HYBRID mode form the Ramat Gan office and report to the local Team Lead, Technical Support.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, and provide solutions within the required SLA
  • Support the technical aspect of onboarding process for new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Become a product expert for customers and stay up-to-date on new features
  • Identify and write internal and external technical articles or knowledge-base entries, like typical troubleshooting steps, workarounds or best practices.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering or other relevant field.
  • Programming experience in Python
  • Experience in data modeling methodologies and advanced SQL
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew; both verbal and written

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1+ years in practical experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Familiarity with cyber security products (SIEM, vulnerability assessment tools) - Advantage
