Technical Product Owner (XR/Unity)

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to lead the development of innovative solutions that seamlessly align business objectives with technical execution, maximizing product value. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from creating strategic roadmaps to delivering impactful, user-centric solutions that drive measurable results.

Expertise in the Unity engine is a key requirement, as you will work on projects built on this platform, leveraging its capabilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions. You will collaborate closely with development teams and company decision-makers, offering strategic input and setting priorities to ensure a seamless connection between client needs and technical delivery.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be in the office in Fort Lauderdale, FL from Tuesday to Thursday, while offering flexibility to work remotely on other days.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with successful experience delivering Unity-based products.

  • Hands-on Unity development knowledge and a strong understanding of software development processes.

• Skills and Attributes:

• Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing product backlogs, effectively balancing stakeholder input with overarching business goals.

• Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams, promoting seamless collaboration between technical and non-technical roles.

• Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting product updates and strategies to diverse audiences with clarity and impact.

• Strong background in conducting market analysis to inform and drive strategic product decisions.

• Proactive problem-solver with a track record of adaptability and success in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap and Strategy:

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.

  • Break down high-level product strategy into actionable requirements, user stories, and prototypes.

• Product Development and Delivery:

  • Oversee end-to-end product development, prioritizing features based on business impact, user feedback, and technical constraints.

  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive product delivery and resolve blockers.

• Stakeholder and User Engagement:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, propose solutions, and align on priorities.

  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize enhancements.

• Decision-Making and Problem-Solving:

  • Evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions to address complex product challenges while delivering meaningful outcomes.

  • Ensure transparency by providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and challenges to all stakeholders.
