Role Summary:

As a Social Media Manager at ClickPost, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, managing our social media presence, and creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and fosters a strong community. You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

1 month you will be able to:

  • Become familiar with ClickPost's products, brand voice, and target audience.
  • Learn about our current social media landscape and identify areas for improvement.
  • Start creating and scheduling engaging social media content.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.

3 months you will be able to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling visual and written content.

6 months you will be able to:

  • Establish ClickPost as a thought leader in the logistics industry through social media.
  • Build and nurture a strong online community of customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success of ClickPost's marketing efforts.
