This company is a market leader in its space, and has a track record of developing and launching groundbreaking products in their industry. They have an already established brand name and are now looking for someone to lead it from the front.

The Social Media and Content Lead will play a crucial part in maintaining and developing the brand's company presence, ensuring that first-class content is presented across all social platforms and a high level of customer engagement is sustained.

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

  • At least four years experience in the Social/Content Speciality 
  • Ecommerce experience is desired 
  • Experience with Art Direction
  • Excellent Social Media Marketing skills, including paid social 
  • Capable of developing a content and social plan for the brand, defining the direction of this plan to all relevant stakeholders
  • Happy to lead and direct the Social Media team, as well as the in-house production team
  • Top-class communication skills, comfortable communicating with other global brand managers to discuss social content ideas
  • Unbeatable content writing skills
  • Up to date on market trends, always looking to evolve with the times
  • Strong analytical skills, happy to deliver engagement reports to management
  • Happy to manage relationships with external content creators in order to create collaborative campaigns.
