Job Description

The Tesla Service Apprentice Program (March 2025 - August 2025) offers hands-on experience servicing electric vehicles. Apprentices will perform entry-level inspections, repairs, and services, using various tools. Responsibilities include Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars, maintaining inventory and records, assisting with vehicle cleanliness, and supporting Parts & Front of House operations. The program is ideal for current automotive students or recent graduates, requiring knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, a valid driver's license, teamwork skills, and basic computer literacy. Apprentices will learn about electric vehicles and Tesla's innovative technologies, contributing to sustainable energy goals.

Must have:

Automotive course background
Valid driver's license
Teamwork skills
Basic computer skills
Vehicle maintenance knowledge

What to Expect

In the Service Apprenticeship Program, you will be servicing customer vehicles and completing hands on tasks at the service center. In addition to being a team player, excellent oral and written communication is desired as you will be in a customer facing role. As an Apprentice, you will also learn about electric vehicles and Tesla’s innovative technologies, in accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. Apprenticeship period:

· March 2025 – August 2025 (6 months)

What You’ll Do

Performs entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars
Maintain inventory, records of time, shop supplies and parts
Help maintain vehicle cleanliness of customer cars
Support Parts & Front of House operations as needed or on a rotational basis

What You’ll Bring

This program is open for current students and fresh graduates undertaking automotive courses
Knowledge of methods and techniques used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
Valid driver’s license required
Be able to work in a team-based environment and have a "safety first" attitude
Familiar understanding of the English language
Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
