Senior Technical Writer

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and clarify technical details;

• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly and easily understandable language;

• Write and maintain technical content for various audiences, including product and technical teams, developers, or other stakeholders;

• Review, edit, and proofread documentation and diagrams for grammar, clarity, and accuracy;

• Organize and structure information logically for ease of navigation and readability;

• Create documentation templates, diagrams, and presentations;

• Work with various types of technical documentation, such as manuals, guides, and instructions with deep detailing.

We need your professional experience:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer;

• Advanced English level;

• Experience with cloud Confluence & Jira;

• Experience in tools: Draw.io, Miro, Google tools;

• Strong experience in creating different types of Diagrams (UMLs, BPMN, ERDs), Tables, Flows, Roadmaps, and Charts;

• Proven experience in creating User Manuals, How-to guides, SRSs, BRDs, and other software documentation specifications with good readability and user-friendliness;

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle;

• Experience in creation and supporting the documentation lifecycle process;

• Proficiency in writing clear, grammatically correct and easy-to-navigate documentation;

• Experience in analyzing, structuring, and organizing complex technical information;

• Good experience with document process automation;

• Experience in interviews, elicitation and gathering information from multiple stakeholders (SMEs, C-Level, etc..);

• Basic experience working with GitLab;

• Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL will be a plus.
