This position will contribute to the overall strategies behind clients and their brands that are operational. The position is directly responsible for developing plans and getting them implemented, developing media solutions that drive client’s business outcomes.

This position will be responsible for holding the client relationship with media team and brands teams, developing the capabilities of the Red Star team and exploring various avenues of media opportunities behind HNK.

Job Description:

Job Interactions and Interface:

  • Internal: Interacts with internal staff, is responsible for delivering and maintain standards of quality. Working closely with Integrated planning lead, Business Lead, Strategist, Data Officer, Data Strategist, Media planners across Digital & Traditional platforms, Trading functions, Ad Ops.

  • External: Key POC for specific set of HNK brands, working with the brand teams, media teams at HNK, marketing heads.

General Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day requirements on planning, reporting, optimization, ideation of media solutions and implementation of the same

  • Work with internal and external stake holders in rolling out solutions that are compliant and adhere to global guidelines

  • Monitor team, take necessary steps in resolving situations

  • Design, drive and deliver BIC programs behind planning & execution.

  • Managing multiple stake holders at clients end and finding WOW (Ways Of Working) that don’t compromise internal and external relationship

  • Guiding immediate team that reports into this role in delivering higher quality output, getting involved at every stage (planning to implementation)

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience at delivering Integrated media proposals and solutions

  • Knowledge of different platforms (TV, OOH, Digital)

  • Demonstrable experience with building effective media solutions

  • Familiarity & wiliness to learn Digital Marketing and Data Driven Marketing

  • Working knowledge of media tools (eg: Kantar/Nielson, Moat etc)

  • Experience with budget planning and KPI management

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering presentations (must be very fluent in written and spoken English)

  • Ability to work with a wider team is a MUST
