We’re looking to hire a Sr. Graphic Designer for a global retail client. You’ll play a key role in conceptualizing and executing compelling omni-channel campaigns for various verticals (e.g., Food, Consumables, Entertainment, etc.). This position is perfect for a strategic, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in building professional relationships.
This is a project opportunity until May 2025 with the potential for an extension. The role is working full-time in the San Bruno, CA office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and Create: Work closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to produce impactful digital solutions aligned with business objectives outlined in project briefs.
- Design Excellence: Execute multiple creative concepts and designs under the guidance of Art Directors, transforming business needs into innovative visual solutions.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Explore design trends and competitive landscapes, incorporating the latest practices in color, typography, and style into your work.
- Shape Brand Standards: Assist Art Directors in creating and communicating brand and visual style guidelines.
- Design Across Platforms: Develop designs for web, mobile web, and apps, ensuring a seamless and user-focused journey.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6+ years in creative roles, ideally in omni-channel or multi-brand retail industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BFA preferred) in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, photography, and production processes. Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
- Digital-Savvy: In-depth understanding of digital trends and the social media landscape.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results on time.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work across disciplines and build positive relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and concepts.
