Infrastructure and Cloud Management:

• Designing and managing network and cloud infrastructure for game projects
• Leveraging cloud services and implementing optimal hosting solutions
• Maintaining and optimizing information infrastructure (such as AWS, VPN, WAN) to ensure high performance and security
• Collaborating with the IT Manager to enforce IT and information security policies and procedures

Security:

• Planning and implementing security measures for game data and system security
• Collaborating with the IT Manager in incident response and security policy formulation

Technical Strategy:

• Staying updated on the latest technological trends and best practices
• Formulating technical strategies to optimize and streamline development processes
• Driving continuous improvement and advancement in digital solutions

Project Management:

• Planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating IT projects
• Effectively managing budgets and resources

IT Environment Setup:

• Configuring and maintaining IT environments on AWS assessing cost/performance

Skills & Requirements

• 5 years or more of experience in IT service management, networking, cloud infrastructure, systems, and information security
• Proficiency in project management tools and the project development lifecycle
• Experience in information security and infrastructure-related tasks in the gaming industry
• Proven track record of managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Of course, passion for gaming and a positive, open-minded attitude!

+Pluses

• Knowledge of SAAS management, identity management, and device management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field

※Since this position requires actual access to the studio’s servers, it will be a hybrid role with both home and studio work. You must be based in the Tokyo metropolitan area. However, UNSEEN offers visa and relocation support, so if you’re looking for a new adventure in Tokyo, we’d love to hear from you!

必要な資格

• ITサービス管理、ネットワーキング、クラウドインフラ、システム、および情報セキュリティでの5年以上の経験
• プロジェクト管理ツールとプロジェクト開発ライフサイクルに精通していること
• ゲーム業界における情報セキュリティおよびインフラ関連の業務経験
• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS、Azure、Google Cloudなど）の管理実績
• ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語
• 優れたコミュニケーションと交渉スキル

※このポジションはスタジオのサーバーに実際にアクセスする必要があるため、自宅とスタジオのハイブリッド勤務となります。東京近郊エリアに在住していることが条件となりますが、UNSEENではビザや引越しサポートも行っているので、東京で新たな挑戦をしたいあなたも大歓迎です！
