A Senior Accountant is required to manage a wide range of accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and excellent attention to detail. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Senior Accountant will manage a wide range of accounting tasks encompassing both junior and senior-level duties, along with bookkeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, maintaining financial records, filling documents, and processing transactions.
Manage fixed assets and inventory control.
Handle tax and statistical reporting.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare monthly and annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and Tax Audits.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in accounting software, systems, and MS Office.
Experience in financial analysis and reporting
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
Good English communication
